About the Project

Metro City Dhaka is a planned residential and commercial land development by Fanam Landmark Ltd., located in Sreenagar beside the Dhaka–Padma Bridge Expressway. Its layout plan was prepared under the Land Development Rules (Amended 2015) with advice from urban planners registered with the Bangladesh Institute of Planners (BIP). Situated outside RAJUK and DAP jurisdiction and completely flood-free, the project brings every modern urban amenity within reach.
